Exchange and Returns Policy

 

Returns for a Store Credit

Our policy covers items purchased under 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange for a store credit. If it has not been 30 days yet it must be returned in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once it has been approved, then your store credit will be processed to your account within 3-8 business days.

We do our best to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and pictures. If you have specific questions about an item we are happy to try and answer them. Feel free to contact us and ask any questions you may have BEFORE you purchase because all of our items are final sale no refunds or returns accepted. However, due to the nature of retail and internet purchasing, each reason for a return may be different. Therefore, if there is a discrepancy with our item description and the item you received, send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the item (time marked as delivered) and we will try to resolve the problem. If we decide to exchange your item, a store credit will be credited to your account after your items have been received, inspected and accepted. Once approved, we will process the refund within 3-8 business days. Holidays and Weekends are not counted as business days. All Store Credits are good for 30 days only. Please note, Final Sale, Sale Items and Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange regular priced items for a store credit if they are defective or not as described. All Store Credits are good for 30 days only.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are deemed eligible to receive an exchange for store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your original purchase price.

Orders

Changing an Order: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include the order number to ensure accuracy. 

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order or need to change an existing item on your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Please include the order number to ensure accuracy. 

Please note, if your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. 

Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order. 

When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order. If your order has been shipped with a traceable method, you may track it using the links provided in your order details. It may take a while for your information to be posted on the carriers website. 

Shipping times will or may be affected during bad weather conditions, public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. If you haven't received your package based on the above estimates, please feel free to contact us. 

To protect our customers we are unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. However, you can schedule a pick up at a USPS location or through UPS My Choice service.

Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order. Please note the prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs. All our shipping promotions only apply to shipping within the US and Canada. All customers ordering internationally will be required to pay all shipping costs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. To protect our customers we are unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. However, you can schedule a pick up at a UPS location or reschedule a delivery date via the UPS My Choice service.

Delivered but not delivered

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

Delay in Shipments

The following terms apply when there has been a delay in shipment due to following terms:

If you failed to receive the shipment due to one of the following situations than you must pay any additionally occurred charges:

  • You provided an incorrect Postal or Zip Code.
  • Bad shipping address provided, or the provided address do not exist.
  • The consignee is absent when the shipping company delivers the package.
  • Provided Telephone Number might be used by the shipping company or us but we failed to get through.

In any or all of the cases above, the shipping company should usually informs you that they visited your address to deliver a package but you were unavailable. The Shipping Company also usually inform you about how you can retrieve the package. The shipping company may also provide the time they will hold the package for you (Usually 7 days) before it gets sent back to the sender (Us).

The above situations and processes and policies adopted by the shipping company are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility should the above act(s) not take place. Any additional charges made by the shipping company for any reason must be paid by you to retrieve your package.

We have partnered with a number of reputable shipping companies for the many destinations we service worldwide. These include DHL, USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
